Information we use

We use buyer names, email addresses, order details, payment status and optional access notes to process bookings, deliver tickets, provide event support and prevent misuse. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by NimbleTix.

Who receives it

Booking information is available to the relevant event organiser and to service providers used for payments, hosting, email delivery and database security. It is not sold.

Retention and rights

Records are kept only as long as needed for the event, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where the law permits by using the contact link on the main site.

Before launch, the operator must add its legal name, postal address, company details and final UK GDPR retention periods.
